Cancellation Policy

We require 7 day’s notice if you wish to cancel your booking, otherwise a 50% room hire charge would be incurred. Final delegate numbers to be given at least 24 hours prior to conference and will be our minimum charge regardless of numbers on the day, unless they are greater, then the difference will be changeable. We reserve the right to alter prices, menus, terms & conditions given in the tariff without prior notification.
